Here are our four main packages:

Package 1:  SMALL BUSINESS START UP PACKAGE

For individuals, and start-ups just getting established. Includes Virtual Administrative Assistance, Business Setup Guidance, EIN & State Registration, Filing Support. This package has a 4-6 week engagement timeframe.

Package 2: 501 c(3) PACKAGE

​ ​501 c (3) Nonprofit Filing Preparation & Submission, encompasses Board Formation and Incorporation formation.  This package has a 6-8 week engagement timeframe, and does not include the IRS timeframe.  IRS approval for 501 c(3) filings can take 90–120 days depending on their workload, but all setup and submissions will be completed within the timeframe stated.

Package 3:  MINISTRY FORMATION PACKAGE

Comprehensive Guidance on Establishing Church Board, preparing Policies, By-Laws, and State legal registration and incorporation.  This package has a 6-8 week engagement timeframe.

Package 4:  RETAINER

Virtual Administrative Assistant and Other Services are offered on Retainer for 3, 6, and 12 months.
